1. How can RSPO Members register for the RT9 & GA8?
  RSPO Members may register for the RT9 and GA8 online. Kindly use your RSPO Membership Code to enjoy Member Rates.
2. The website does not seem to have all the information required as yet, why is that?
  Website/portal is launched initially to provide as much general information as possible on the dates, program outline and host location. Vital information with regards to conference/meeting rates; sponsorship info & packages; exhibition details; subject matters for pre meeting & plenary sessions; presenters will be updated in stages as we progress on the organizing aspects of the meeting.
3. How do I pay for RT9 registration?
  RT9 participants can pay via the following channels:
  a. Bank draft
  b. Company Cheque (for Malaysian based companies in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only)
  c. Telegraphic transfer (full amount must be received by RSPO Secretariat)
  d. Credit card (RT9 credit card payments are charged by our secured payment gateway, iPay88.com)
4. What are the registration costs and deadlines for RT9?
  Kindly log on to RT9 Fees for information of RT9 registration costs and deadlines.
5. Is there a visa required to enter Malaysia?
  Depending on your country of citizenship, you may be required to obtain a visa to enter Malaysia. Visa requirements vary and are subject to change, so please refer to the respective High Commission/Embassy/Consulate of the country concerned.

6. Where should I make my hotel reservations?
  RSPO has arranged special rates for the participants of the RT9 at the Sutera Harbour Resort and other participating hotels. Participants are encouraged to book your rooms early to ensure availability. Reservations can be made through Accommodation
7. How can I find out more about tourism and guided tours?
  RSPO has arranged a wide range of guided tours for RT9 participants via Traverse Tours. If you are interested in these activities, kindly make your booking at Guided Tours
8. What should I know about the RT9 Venue?
  The RT9 will be held at the Magellan (Sutera Harbour Resort). Situated at the heart of Kota Kinabalu, the capital of Sabah, the location is ideal for business, congresses and meetings. The hotel’s location is just ten minutes away from the international airport and is within convenient distance to tourist areas and commercial centres. 10. How can I become a sponsor in the RT9?
  RSPO recognizes the value of corporate sponsors and has a variety of sponsorship packages available. We will be uploading information on the categories soon
11. How do I exhibit at RT9?
  Exhibition booths are available for sale at RT9. Kindly log on to Exhibition to view the Exhibition Floor Plan. Details of this will be provided soon.
12. May I bring an accompanying person to RT9?
  Every delegate may register an accompanying person to the Welcome Cocktail Reception on 22 November 2011 (open to 21 years of age and above only). A nominal fee is charged for the accompanying person.
13. Can we pay for the conference as a walk in delegate?
  Yes you can. Although for logistics and convenience purposes, we advise that you pre-register online through the RT9 website via Registration.
